I see alot of people posting on here asking about when they might be touched etc etc, well just a little insight, i got a touch on my I130 2 months after its last touch... I'm really hoping theres some good news to follow shortly... who knows :unsure:

Jun 30, 2008: Sent AOS Package x3

July 02, 2008: AOS Package Recieved

July 09, 2008: Recieved NOA1 x3

July 10, 2008: Cheque Cashed

Aug 02, 2008: Biometrics Appointment x3 At 10am

Aug 04, 2008: "Touched" (AOS & EAD)

Aug 05, 2008: "Touched" (AOS & EAD)

Sep 04, 2008: "Touched" (AOS) x3

Sep 10, 2008: "Touched" (AOS,s & EAD)

Sep 10, 2008: EAD Card Production Ordered

Sep 18, 2008: EAD Approval Notice Sent

Sep 20, 2008: EAD Card Recieved In Mail

Oct 06, 2008: Recieved Interview Date In Mail For 14th November 2008 At 8.30am - 9.35am

As a matter of fact, getting touches is really a good thing. It means they are processing your papers. Let's hope and pray for a good news soon. Good luck to you! :thumbs:

We had three touches in a row......last one on the 15th. Still nothing :crying:

I see other people being approved and as we are at vermont, I thought it would be approved by now. I guess not. K3's from other service centres have gone through earlier than ours, so it's not always fater at VSC!!

I'm not sure how much more I can take of this waiting, but as there is no other option, we have to.
