Just got my biometrics done today and also filed for N-400. I was in Romania visiting my family last 2weeks and I received the biometrics letter and also missed my appointment while I was gone, but I did a walk-in today and everything was ok.

Stupid question but how do you know when you're eligible to apply for citizenship? Is it like ROC? 3 months before greencard "residence since" date?

Also... my case is with the VSC. EAC receipt number and omg this wait is such a killer! USCIS received it 11/28/19, biometrics done since 12/31/19 and no action since then.

so how many november flies have been approved so far? i have not heard back anything since my biometrics from earlier this year... wow

Hi, I applied Nov 2018, Vermont service center, and havent heard anything since my biometrics. They havent even change my status since i got my biometrics done. It still says: Case has been received.

a friend of mine who applied in July 2018, Vermont Service Center, got approved 1 yr and 1 month later, in August 2019. So Im not panicking yet. Whats your service center?

Any Texas service center filers still haven’t even received a biometrics appointment?  I’ve heard absolutely nothing since receiving my extension letter earlier this year. My case has been stuck at “fingerprint fee received” since a year ago. 😩
