I hope I get my notification soon....If I don't get it today would I get it until next week?

I assume they don't process anything on the weekend.

 

Yesterday I learned I might need to travel outside the US soon. My GC expires until February...but still I am sure traveling with a close to expire GC might cause some longer reviews on immigration, so I am hoping to have my case number or even better my NOA1 by then.  🤞

I believe you should get yours in the next 2 bus days the most, as I saw they took my money out on the 14th and I got the text on 15th

I mailed my package out today and post office and said it should be at the PO box on Monday but I don't expect any response till a couple of weeks cause of the holiday week.

Hi,

They will attempt to re-deliver again on Monday. If they won’t be able to deliver they will return the package to you. Don’t do anything until Monday.

Sorry this happened to you but make sure you read all the instructions, you don’t need more stress, this process is stressful as it is.

I'm sure immigration is quite used to people traveling with their conditional GC's close to expiring.  I don't think you'll have any trouble.  You definitely can't travel after it's expired without the extension letter.

How many months of telephone bills, credit card bills,checking and saving account bills need to send with ROC package?is it enough to send last 21 months bill

Hey Z@f, we were debating the same question but it looks like we'll do it quarterly. That is enough to show that we've had shared finances the entire time since we were married.

We did every 6 months actually.  I can't imagine every single month proves anything more than a sample of statements.  Our strategy was to send in a variety of evidence rather than one massive packet (although it still ended up being 60+ pages)

We sent everything!!! We might not be the perfect example but we sent each month of each document and bill we could find from the green card date to the month of filing, so 21 to 22 months of evidence!!!!

They don't set up a limit so why limit yourself?

I believe they will still have it, just make sure you put the MSC# you had on the paperwork when you write out the I-751 form that way they can locate your old paperwork

quick question everyone, my GC expired yesterday and I heard with the text (noa1) that it makes your GC extend 18 months but I am wondering since it will still shows on my actual GC expires 11/18/18, I was wondering if I can still travel by my Canadian passport and come back to texas without having problems with the officers? cause my family plans to meet up in las vegas this Christmas and I am concerned that they wont see a ticket of me going back to Canada and I have a expired GC
