Any California filers here that got approved already? It's almost one year now after we filed. It looks like filers from July/August are getting approved now, which means around 3 months left for us November California filers?

Im a California filler as well, and still waiting:(

To my surprise I got today a Biometrics appointment letter for Nov 1st at the Tampa support center.

I submitted my ROC petition on November 13th 2018 and it has almost been a full year for this to arrive. I was assigned to the Texas center.

I never got my extension letter, I requested a copy and since it took forever to arrive I ended up having to go get a stamp in my passport.

How things are going, I will probably have to go get another stamp on December. 😓

I am amazed at the level of patience that everyone has to endure through this process. 🤔

Finding out that people who had their biometrics done on July are getting their cards on October, makes me realize that chances are I will be looking to get my card until February

...oh well.  More waiting coming my way. :(

Got text and email that my case got updated last night. The update says that my case was transferred to another office and now that office has jurisdiction. They will mail me a notice of why it was transferred. Any one got an update like this? My case was at the Vermont Service Center.

I believe they move cases from one place to another to distribute cases loads evenly between centers . though when they do that it adds more time to cases !!!

I started to see a lot of December people started getting approved this is just crazy I can understand that each IO has their own workload but why let them start processing another month while people still waiting from the previous month. Why not pass on some of that workload to the IO that has completed their batch so it more fair to those who are waiting. Sighzzz just saying 🤦🏽‍♀️😪
