This is what i saw on older website

As of June 10, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number **, at our Texas Service Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Filled e-request for not receiving biometrics , two weeks later they mailed biometrics waiver , status on ‘fingerprints review was completed’ since may

would you happen to know where I would go to do the e-request? would you happen to have the link for it?

Yes , first I believe you have to sign a profile to the website, after words 

this is the link : https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do

and later on you will select the most sufficient option to your case , you will fill your case number 

A-number and all details need to be mentioned as to last action taken in your case , USCIS will contact you ! Best of luck!

I do appreciate you helping me,

when you did yours, did you click on did not receive notice or did not receive document for the biometrics waiver?, I am unsure on which one and I am unsure how you would make a profile to the website

I did mine as soon as I received the first 

NOA.

there is login and sign up options on top of the website, click sign up , and put you email and password.

press did not receive notice , but make sure you mention the situation as much details as possible, they will contact you with either, biometrics waiver, or biometrics appointment.

I'm SRC too (texas service center). I received biometric wavier letter about 3 months ago but nothing since then. Hopefully we all hear something soon!

Checked the visa appt. today and says new card is being produced. November 15 Case received. July 24 fingerprints done. July 25 review completed. September 10 New card is being produced.  LIN199009xxxx  ( Nebraska)

No RFI, No interview.

Woke up this morning and the case status has changed to "On September 10, we ordered you a new card...". My case is also in Nebraska. Good luck to everyone who's waiting!
