I'm right there with you, as are all NYC people seemingly. EAC is one of the slower centers currently (along with Texas) but it looks like some July filers are getting approved. As for the biometrics, also looks like all NYC folks got to do the biometrics right away (either the local centers have more capacity or because our processing times for the inital GC were so much longer our bio expired earlier)

Ah, ok.. I mean, we're not in a hurry (already traveled outside of USA while case pending) but still curious what's taking so long considered we got approved for GC within 3 months of filing.

(I tried doing a search through this chat topic to see if I could read if anyone from NYC had the same issue but didn't see an option (I wasn't about to go through 72 pgs worth of chat)).

Hey all! November filer here. I had my biometrics taken in early Jan, and my case update currently says: As of April 3, 2019, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXX, for an interview. I'm in NYC and have a MSC number and I can't find any information for how far along the NYC office is in terms of scheduling?

i-751 sent 11-21-2019,biometrics waived received letter in mail from uscis on 09-03-2019 texas service centre

Good to hear they are starting to move. Funny how TX seems to waive all bio from what I have seen so far. Wouldn't complain though if it also happen to me. Would save me from a 3 hour drive each way!

My status didn’t update it’s still saying As of November 30 th they received my case.  But I just checked on this new site and it’s saying Biometrics review completed on July 29th and they are working on my case. So I will stick to the new site since it’s more present.
