I applied in Nov 2018. The case status online says that Case was received on November 13th. I didn't get the Letter initially, but got it after I called them and made a service request. This was in the first week of February. There was no update after that, then I called again to ask for biometrics, but they just sent the same extension letter again. No updates after that. My service center is LIN. Do you guys suggest to wait or take some action? 

 

I have to apply for N400 in November 2019.

I have a WAC number. I did my Biometrics in April.

 

I see June 2018 files are starting to get approved, which means that, for us Nov '18 filers, we might only be 5 or 6 months away from the Holy Grail.

Going on Day 245 since my fingerprint fee was received. Extension letter sent in January after making a several service requests. So far no other update or biometrics appointment letter received.

I have opened numerous service request, all claim that they have sent notice (twice). But I havent received anything. Such a shame!

2016.12.23 Interview scheduled to 2017.1.31

2017.1.12 EAD and AP approved (EAD status was first "New card being produced" then soon changed to "Case Approved")

2017.1.17 EAD and AP approval letter in hand 

2017.1.31 I-485 Interview & Status says "'New card being produced" :)

If they have sent a hardcopy notice, twice, by mail and you haven't received it I would probably be asking to speak with a Tier 2/3 rep. Maybe somewhere in the system your address is missing from a profile or incorrect.

I JUST SAW THAT IS WAS MAILED OUT ON TUESDAY AND SHOULD BE IN MY MAILBOX BY TODAY IM THINKING ITS THE BIOMETRICS.

A letter is to be delivered to my mailbox today as well I’m thinking it’s the same thing.  Maybe they speeding up which would be good
