That's the right number. It does take a long time to finally reach them, we had to wait an hour few times. We got lucky once and only waited for 10 mins. Here's what I found online, in case you wanna try. I've never tried it though.

Get to a live person fastest: Press 1 for English, then 1, then 2, then 2. After the final 2, press # each time it prompts you to enter a number. You will need to do this three time.

Hey @ayuness

I have used this multiple times to call USCIS. I still havent got my NOA, so this has been really helpful to me to get to live person without having to go through so many options.

Thanks so much

01/09/2019  Mailed ROC package via FEDEX to Lewisville,Texas

01/11/2019  Package delivered to USCIS office

01/16/2019  Received text message with service center as SRC

01/17/2019  Status on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as accepted. Check submitted electronically to my bank. Not cashed yet.

01/18/2019  Check cashed electronically.

02/07/2019  Called USCIS regarding non delivery of receipt . They asked me to call back after 30 days have expired since delivery

02/11/2019  Called USCIS again regarding non delivery of receipt. Mentioned that license will expire along with greencard on 02/28.

The lady filed a request on my behalf so i could schedule infopass.

                        I separately also filed e-request(https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndn

by choosing I-751 and other option , before calling USCIS just in case.

02/13/2019 Got callback from USCIS that infopass cannot be scheduled, but they will mail

                       a duplicate notice.

11/08/2019 Biometrics got completed

03/24/2020 Case status got changed to card being produced

Yes I  already finished. Funny I have not gotten my NOA yet.  I reported they said they sent me twice. I checked with Mail lady. She said she never saw any mail from USCIS. They sent me notification mail that they sent it, I got that mail.

At this point I dont know what is going on with my NOA. Either USCIS is playing game or mail lady with game with me.

So I just traveled overseas with an extension letter and I figure I'd share my experience if some of you are about to travel.

I traveled from O'Hare (Chicago) to Brussels (Europe).

To my big surprise, everyone from flight attendant to border agents were very familiar with the letter.

I didn't need to explain my situation, and they knew right away what it was.

The only thing I couldn't do was to check in online before my flight because of the expired date of the green card.

When I landed in Chicago, I couldn't register on the automatic kiosks and was guided to an officer.

He asked if I was removing the conditions of my green card, wrote down the new expiration date of my green card and asked me to wait for a higher grade officer.

I had to wait in secondary inspection for maybe 2 minutes and the agent gave me my document back and told me everything looks good and that I was good to go.

Border patrol seem very familiar with the extension letter and make no fuss about it.

Good luck for the ones traveling soon!

Depends where your case got routed.  If you're in Vermont, you probably should have already received it.  If you're in California, filers from last March and April are just now starting to get their biometrics appointments/waivers.

Do you know about those filers routed to Texas?  I’ve been on the phone this morning trying to reach a human being to ask them if they should’ve sent my biometrics appointment already, but they seem to have changed their system to make it impossible.  It’s been 60 days since I received my NOA

I have seen a few from Texas who have gotten their bio. But when I do search in case numbers it is very few and the rest are still waiting to see if they need it or not. I’m not worried about that can take several months yet before we here anything about that.

We are also on the same situation where we have not receive my wife NOA even thou we did submit an SR and they said it was re-send Feb. 21, until now nothing. So we call and got info-pass and my wife got a stamp on her passport but they only gave us 6 months and we have to go back if her I-751 is not done. Also interesting to note while we are doing the info-pass they have her took her 'biometric". Basically took her picture and her finger printing.

Our case is being processed at Texas service center. We received a letter stating that they do not require new biometrics. They'll use the ones that they have on file but will not refunding the biometrics fee.

Just wanted to add my situation. I never received the NOA, called multiple times and they said they sent me twice, but I never got it. I received the biometrics letter and got my fingerprint done the first week of December in NJ. Super quick, in and out in less than 15 minutes. I had to travel internationally so called for an infopass and was able to schedule one for the next morning, again, in and out in under half hour. I traveled to Spain mid-February, came back with the passport stamp and had no issues whatsoever either in Spain nor in NY.

Currently my case online just say that my fee was received even tho I already did my biometrics a few months ago. I guess we are back to the waiting game at this point.
