Just checked my USCIS account and saw that today they "assigned a officer" to respond to my new E-request I put in for non-delivery. Hopefully they actually respond to my 2nd E-request....unlike the first one I did and they never responded.....

goodluck.. I hope your issue is resolved soon.

01/09/2019  Mailed ROC package via FEDEX to Lewisville,Texas

01/11/2019  Package delivered to USCIS office

01/16/2019  Received text message with service center as SRC

01/17/2019  Status on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as accepted. Check submitted electronically to my bank. Not cashed yet.

01/18/2019  Check cashed electronically.

02/07/2019  Called USCIS regarding non delivery of receipt . They asked me to call back after 30 days have expired since delivery

02/11/2019  Called USCIS again regarding non delivery of receipt. Mentioned that license will expire along with greencard on 02/28.

The lady filed a request on my behalf so i could schedule infopass.

                        I separately also filed e-request(https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndn

by choosing I-751 and other option , before calling USCIS just in case.

02/13/2019 Got callback from USCIS that infopass cannot be scheduled, but they will mail

                       a duplicate notice.

11/08/2019 Biometrics got completed

03/24/2020 Case status got changed to card being produced

nope i didn't get it. but received my NOA. not sure if i will get Biometrics notice or not. Because i read that the USCIS sometimes doesn't need biometrics for I-751.

oh really? so not all are required to do Biometrics?

it means for Bio appointment we should not make a call or E-request?

Well this is what i read somewhere.. but to be sure I’m planing on calling them after 30 days passes since i got my NOA just to be on the safe side.. So I recommend you calling USCIS... better safe than sorry...

I’ll keep ya’ll posted on any updates. 😬

I will include the link where i read it and the actual statement. They specifically said “If needed” This is what I read:

“Biometric Services Appointment. USCIS may require that you appear for an interview or provide fingerprints, photograph, and/or signature at any time to verify your identity, obtain additional information, and conduct background and security checks, including a check of criminal history records maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), before making a decision on your petition. After USCIS receives your petition and ensures it is complete, we will inform you in writing, if you need to attend a biometric services appointment. If an appointment is necessary, the notice will provide you the location of your local or designated USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) and the date and time of your appointment or, if you are currently overseas, instruct you to contact a U.S. Embassy, U.S. Consulate, or USCIS office outside the United States to set up an appointment. If you fail to attend your biometric services appointment, USCIS may deny your petition.”

I hope this was helpful
