I don’t think you have missed your deadline. Based on your date provided, it seems like your roc window opens on 8/03/2019. Its 90 days before your conditional green card expiration.  Also use this link to figure out filling right date https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/dateCalculator.html

Can anyone from Nebraska service center tell me how long does it take to get letter for biometric? I sent my packet on 29 Oct, 2018 and my case was recieved on 01 Nov and I got NOA1 on 14 Dec.

Nobody has received their biometrics yet! If things goes fast like they are going now with NOAs we should receive it pretty soon!

Does anyone’s receipt number begins with MSC? What does it mean?

I recieved text notifying of acceptance of package and receipt number but it begins with MSC and can’t seem to find any information about this.

No one received it yet. But I wouldn't worry because in some cases, you won't have to do your biometrics again

I hears about that but they sent a letter saying we dont need biometrics again etc. I was trying to understand the timeline (like 2 months or 3 months etc) cuz I heard in some cases where biometrics mail got lost and people missed their biometrics appointment.

My case was received Nov. 15 and I didn't receive NOA1, 2days ago (Dec. 27) I called USCIS and I was told that the NOA1 was actually never sent to me, she said "I see that for you it says it was sent, but in our system it says it was never sent" and she told me she will put in a request for the notice to be sent to me and I should get it in 15-30days. She also said to call back after 30days if I won't get it.

Yes but waiting for another 30 days means your green card would be expired or would bel closer to get expired isn’t it?

Oh I didn't know you were supposed to get a letter, even if you don't need biometrics.

I thought that no letter meant no biometrics.

We spoke to someone and they said they sent out our notice on Dec 18th.

We are still waiting and hope it comes.

 

Our local office is not accepting walk in's OR info pass appointments anyone know what's up with that?
