Idk. I’m on week 7 and two phone calls to USCIS and still nothing. I’m waiting til a further 30 days from my last phone call comes up to call yet again mid January if I still haven’t received anything.

It has not helped much in my case, but if it’s been more than 30 days since your last contact with them or since you expected to hear from them then it can’t hurt to reach out to them. Good luck!

which option to choose to send e request regarding non delivery of my extension letter "did not receive notice by mail" or " did not receive document by mail" i clicked" did not received notice by mail" and got automatic reply and email that by january 18 2019 expect reply did i follow correct steps or not can anyone tell me and in the section "last action on my case" i replied by "until today i have not received my notice of action i 797 also known as green card extension letter which is sent by uscis after receving my petition november 26th 2018"did i follow all the steps correctly anyone help or comment on that please

Submitted e-request re non delivery of NOA1 on 12/17, they said they'd get back to me by Jan 8, but I got an email response today (12/27) saying that they mailed me the duplicate NOA1. Let's see when/if it gets here

I'm VSC so definitely doesn't feel like it works better than any other SC haha

Help, my 2 year green card expires 11/1/19. Did I miss the deadline to remove conditions? I'm now in a state of panic...

 

I came on a K1 and married Oct 2016, please can you help point me in the right direction with regard to removal of conditions and green card renewal

They did! I'll keep the forum posted, although I won't exactly know what the difference is between the original and duplicate because I never got the original.

Original extension letter will be thick paper with watermark.  I received the  18 months extension courtesy copy and request the original copy, in Nov 2018, did not receive anything from VSC and again requested and was told that they will reply by Jan 5, 2019.  Will see.  If anybody e request original extension letter and receive one, let us know
