I have a trip coming up in march 2019 to PVR, Mexico. Question is what if I haven't received my extension letter before the trip? What do I do?? My green card will expire at the end of February 2019.

You can take an infopass at your local office and get your passport stamped.

That will extend your GC

I received my NOA1 today as well!! Just to double check, my name is listed as both petitioner and beneficiary in the form and that should be correct?

I went to check mine after reading this.

I'm also listed both as petitioner and beneficiary so I'm guessing it should be normal?

Posting to subscribe to this thread and keep track of all my dates:

11/01/2018 - Sent I-751 packet via UPS to Phoenix, AZ

11/07/2018 - Received by USCIS

11/13/2018 - Via SMS: "Your case was received..."

11/16/2018 - Check cashed

My current GC will expire 1/13/19.

Since it's been more than 30 days since I received the SMS, I've put in an e-request for "Notice not Received" on 12/13/18. Awaiting for a response now :(

So had my biometrics today and also went in for an Infopass...

Told them still have not received my NOA/Extension letter, they seemed confused as it was supposedly sent out on Nov 8th. They took my green card and gave me a 12 Months passport stamp instead, which I'm happy with, as I need to travel in 2 weeks. There is still more than 30 days on my green card, so happy that they let me have a stamp.

Do you suggest I email them instead of calling?  My timeline is pretty much identical to yours.  My package was received November 1st and I called on December 3rd for non delivery also. Since then tho I have not received any email nor any notice in the mail. I was considering calling again tomorrow... or should I continue to sit tight??

I did an e-request on Dec 13th (my case was received on Nov 13th) for non-delivery of I-797. Still waiting on a response from USCIS. I didn't try calling them since I prefer to have something in writing rather than a conversation :)
