We got the e-notification early November and also no hardcopy NOA.  I don't think there's any cause for concern yet.

I have to confess that I hate the table from the October thread...it's just pasted over and over and over again.  Perhaps a google doc might be more appropriate?  Keep the forum a lot cleaner.

Just so you know, this is against Visa Journey's rules.

Here's what one of the moderators posted in the April 2018 thread.

I think the table would be useful, even though it is a nuisance to look at...

01-16-2016: AOS package sent

01-09-2017: AOS (I-130 and I-485) granted

10-31-2018: I-751 filed

01-25-2019 NOA received (Extension letter, Biometrics waiver letter)

10-19-2019 Biometrics letter received

10-30-2019 Biometrics to be completed

Texas services center used to be very fast. I remember our AOS took only 6 months from filing date to receiving the green card. Some other applicants were even competing on having the fastest approved AOS from texas center approving cases in 2 to 4 months only compare to other centers.

But when it comes to the I751 application, im not sure why they are taking forever now to approve cases. They are steping backward behind other centers.

that is sad :(  till three weeks before I file I751, my center was Vermont, but suddenly they changed it to Texas. My lawyer said Texas officers are not as sophisticated as Vermont.

as I looked at the database based on filers' history, we are supposed to get NOA in a week ( less or more). but mine is 11 days now in Texas center. I do not know if it is normal or abnormal.

I agree.....I joined this thread later than you all and I had to read all pages to follow who is standing where in line. A table acts as a summary for all the previous pages/discussions.

04/28/2016 - Packet reached USCIS (i-130, i-485, i-131, i-765)

05/05/2016 - Checks cashed

05/06/2016 - USCIS Email/Text acceptance confirmation

05/09/2016 - NOA1 hard copy

05/13/2016 - Biometrics letter arrived in mail

05/27/2016 - Biometrics scheduled

07/20/2016 - Submitted Service Request for (I-765); Sent letter to congressman
07/21/2016 - EAD card is being produced
07/21/2016 - AP document is being produced
07/23/2016 - AP documnt received
07/27/2016 - EAD card received

Getting ready to file the Removal of Condition I-751 and have the following dilemma, would like to know from someone who has been through the exact same method to see if it had worked for them without any issues.

I do not wish to use USPS for obvious reasons, however for payment purposes I'm providing a completed form:  G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions

Was wondering if it will work if I used this form G-1450 and sent using FedEx to the following address:

USCIS
Attn: I-751
2501 S State Hwy 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville, TX 75067

Am I correct to understand that this address is also a Lockbox facility and will be able to process card payment form?

Thank you :)

Hello I'm sending my I-751 to the same address tomorrow and I will be using UPS. I'm also using form G-1450 for credit card payment, you can send it there and they will accept payment because its a lockbox office facility where they will process payment and route I-751 to the right service center.

That's awesome! Good to know, I have also asked this elsewhere and received the same confirmation as you, using a debit card instead of credit which should be fine and it's the first form they'll see, then comes the e-notification thingy, and then the actual i-751. Sending this out today using FedEx. I wish you all the best! Let me know how it goes.

Thank you! Same here, it's one of those things where you hope your papers don't get mix up, incomprehensible or lost and just hope for the best. Now that you mention it, I too wonder how many do or do not get interview, probably some stats out there - either way we'll all be okay! :) Just want to have that extension letter handy soon as it sounds like that's taking some time to be delivered.

I posted last week about whether my package arrived well given the omission of the last part of the Texas lockbox address in the envelope. I called USCIS and they said they confirmed that they received my package. I was relieved but then my package arrived on November 13 but my check is still not cashed (and no text/email) - it has been two weeks now.

I am wondering if they really have received my package. Anyone sent their package to the Texas lockbox around mid-November and check not cashed till now (or 2 weeks after USCIS received the package)?

Regarding the NOA1, it is pretty common with all the centers. It's taking 20 to 30 days to receive the 18 month extension from all the uscis services centers.

We are with California center but still...

Thanks for letting me know about the rules.  I guess I'm too in tech, it just seemed like the precise use case for a spreadsheet.  I wonder if a VJ moderator might be an acceptable administrator or if the website might provide some sort of functionality for communal case tracking.  I have a vague memory of this from the NVC stage last time.

My understanding for having applications filed to lockboxes before they are routed to service centers was to streamline and expedite the process. My email notification of filing acceptance of filing stated that I should be receiving my receipt 7 to 10 days by standard mail. It sounds from this forum and others that it's taking almost a month to receive the receipt notice. Very disappointing process...good luck to every one!
