Do I need to file I-601 waiver with I-485 packet for my stepdaughter ?

Hello VJ community ,

My wife submitted her I-485 packet for herself and her daughter .

We are planning on filing the I-601 waiver for exemption of vaccionations for religious beliefs.

We were under the impression that we can file this after the interview.

I’m worried now that maybe we should have filed it with the entire I-485 packet .

I keep hearing different things, some have told me that we file the I-601 waiver  after the interview and some have told me that we should have filed the waiver with the entire AOS I-485 packet .

Kindly share your thoughts and advice .
