Finally Recieved a faxed copy of the RFE 10/22/2018

Received a hard copy in the mail 10/30/2018 

NOA2: 11/06/2018 😃💃💃💃

Received an email from NVC about receiving the case Recently. 11/15/2018

Hello everyone,

 

Hope everyone is doing well!

 

My case went into "In Transit" status yesterday.  And today I received an email

from the NVC.  Attached to it is a letter.

 

What I am a bit worried about is the letter says "Dear ________" and the beneficiary's

name instead of my (the petitioner's name).  Is this the same for you?

 

Also, is this email the last notification that we (the petitioners) should expect to

receive from the NVC?  Will there be any other mail/email?

Got an email, but can’t see any invoice number. Do I have to wait for another email with an invoice number from NVC?

Yes because the job of the petitionner is Theoretically over and it's up to the visa applicant

No need to worry. You can use either the WAC # or your Case Number from NVC. Either is fine. You didn't do what one million others haven't done. It's a terrible question and probably get updated in the next rewrite.

When the embassy receives it your ceac status will change to ready .  How long after receipt depends on the location

First of we would like to thank all your support especially Greenbaum you have shared such great information we really appreciate it. :)

 

We received our case number and invoice number today 12/12

From today what is the turn around time before they send it out?

Is there anything else I should expect prior to it leaving to Manila?
