12/12/18 - NVC Case number

01/8/19 - Scheduled interview-APPROVED

01/21/19 - POE!

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date. 

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

RFE issued 09/19/2018 - waiting for the hard copy 

Finally Recieved a faxed copy of the RFE 10/22/2018 

sent the faxed RFE copy 10/29/2018 

Received a hard copy in the mail 10/30/2018 

NOA2: 11/06/2018 😃💃💃💃

Received an email from NVC about receiving the case Recently. 11/15/2018

05/05/18  -  NOA1 hard copy

10/17/18  -  NOA2 

10/22/18  -  NOA2 received

11/14/18  -  NVC received case

11/23/18  -  NVC issued case number

12/11/18  -  NVC in transit

12/27/18  - P3 Received

03/28/19  -  Interview

04/11/19  -  Entry to US

07/07/19  -  Wedding

08/09/19  -  Filed AOS/EAD/AP

08/12/19  -  NOA1

09/04/19  -  Biometric Appointment

10/10/19  -  Notice of Ready For Interview  

12/06/19  -  AP/EAD Approved

12/16/19  -  AP/EAD Card Received

Hello everyone,

 

At the advice of our lawyer, my fiance and I filled out and submitted our DS-160 prior to receiving a case number from the NVC.  We just put the USCIS case number assigned in our DS-160.  I'm now concerned that we will need to refill the DS-160 again.  What does everyone think?  @Greenbaum can you help with this?

So our case number was assigned last week Tuesday, but on the CEAC website it still says "at NVC". I hope this doesn't mean we missed this batch, I was very optimistic we'd be on it 😥 Is this happening to anyone else, or is everyone with case numbers from last week in transit by now?
