Friday is not a Federal Holiday. Sure some people will take Friday off after thanksgiving. However, I don't think NVC is closed that day.. The below info is from 2015 should be same in 2018 ..

@PA2DR they received it yesterday! wahoo! haha I know I know I know! we just have a tentative wedding date but not until the end of March. SO I am hoping for a January interview during one of my long weekends from my job!

I'm hoping for a January interview as well!!! We are doing a courthouse wedding and then a beach wedding later on in DR. I'm sure itll happen though!! Let me know when you get a case number and ill do the same.

Called NVC and spoke to the NICEST man. Seriously he was such a sweet heart. NVC received my case yesterday! Crossing all my toes and fingers for getting to the next shipment

SAME.. I will be with him for Christmas .. parents bought me my flight this time so I could spend a christmas with his family until he and I can go back to celebrate... BUT when we get that interview date I will be on the first available haha

Lucky! I'm heading out next week for four days. I wish I could spend xmas, but I work and its double time. My mom is buying my ticket there for the interview!

I know, I should have taken advantage of his nice manners. like honestly he was the sweetest.. he gave me the 8 week thing but he said I hope and feel good things will come to you soon... MAYBE MAYBE MAYBE HAHAHA

I also think depending on how close the interview might be if I get a January I might ask them to pay for my interview flight too as an early wedding present hahah!
