Your completed visa/passport will take 5-10 business days normally but can take longer. Don't buy any airline tickets until you have your passport with visa in your hands and that you have gone over the visa to ensure everything is spelled correctly. If not contact your embassy and ask for the steps in getting it changed.  Your mileage may vary.

I echo what @Greenbaum said don’t book flights. I’m currently about to finish working day 12/total days 19 since interview and stuck in immigrant administrative processing so it can go longer.

My fiancé also said they showed her or told her about the IMBRA, she signed a letter she would marry me and explained I have been there many times and I hope they see she has been here after we started the K1 process and always went back after a week.

The only reason I'm considering it is that the premium for a refundable ticket over just adding a second bag on Anastasia's likely flight is pretty small (and less than a 2nd bag + an assigned seat).

We did book my flights for Feb 24 after interview jan 11 thinking that would be enough time but I need 2 weeks to get things cut off here etc and sort cats before flights and I’m stuck in immigrant ap so may have to move/cancel flights

I have no idea why we would be in AP our application and relationship is legit and all there except my fiancé gave them certified originals of my divorce records I had sent just copies. The CO did ask if knew when we wanted to marry and Fiancé said March.. I just hope the CO doesn’t take long. The embassy was very nice my fiancé said and always nice to us, hopefully this doesn’t take long.

According to your timeline interview was today right? All cases go through varying levels of ap. if they took her passport don’t worry.

I don’t understand, are you saying after your interview it was in AP and a day later it went to approved? And then six days later it said issued?

Did they give you a 221g denied Administrative processing letter? I’m confused no stone was left unturned only my fiancé had to give them my original divorce records today at the interview I had sent copies.

thanks jennav
