Hooray! Just an update! These people work very good over the holidays!

Our Ceac status changed to ready! Just in a week after we received an email from NVC stating our petition has been transfered to the embassy! So fast! Will we receive the letter from London embassy through mail as well?

Should we fill out DS-160 now and pay for visa?

Still waiting for my medical summary though and did not book medical yet. Waiting for some documents to be translated and collecting financial support evidence.

Have you been to the sub-forum and asked people from London your questions? I don't think someone from Germany, Spain or France is going to have answers to your questions especially since each embassy is different in how they process their visas.

I havent been able to setup my interview date!

I am still waiting for three police certificates from abroad.

What a problem is that!

The embassy only accept originals ... and the postal service system to LA is the HELL

Good to know there a lot of people receiving their K1

This what happened to me also, I was/am in contact with my embassy and they set it up for us and gave us our interview date, we set up the medical date...I will add that the embassy has some really good people (I ask a lot of questions from the embassy folks and they have been very patient with me....hell greenbaum knows this!, btw thanks greenbaum👍) so what I’m saying is these people are just doing thier job in my humble opinion. 

 

I hear stories about this whole process and it can drain people but I think these people from start to finish are just doing what they are supposed too, not out to get anyone just making sure everything is legit.....my two cents for what it’s worth

No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for. ---- Guys need help , i padi my visa fee this morning about 9:26 am Philippines time , but as of this hour already 4 in the afternoon , still got that message , what should i do? pls help

I need help with the ds160, it won't save my fiances address!!! I was able to put it as my address where i intend to live, no issues. But once I get on family and fiance and enter the State and Zip code it wont keep it. It wont show me an error or something, just once I go onto the next page and return to fiance, the information is gone again. I tried with different internet browsers, same problem. Did anybody had the same problem or any ideas to solve it? Thank u!

It takes 4-24 hours for the system to update. Try a little latter.

 

Since your question was Embassy specific I will extend another invitation for you to ask those questions in the sub-forum for the Philippines. Lots of expert there to help you. Every fee payment system for the embassies are different.
