Sorry can hou help me,how can i pay the fee?Can you send me a link?

Select your flag in your profile to the left and then select the consulate information link. Read what is there. Also, have you looked over the embassy web site for additional information to how to process your visa type at their embassy?

Normally everything is spelled out in the P3 letter. I usually have a copy for each country but I do not have one for yours. When you get one can you send a copy on to me please so I can share with others?

please send us your questions to the following e-mail addresses: for questions on immigrant visa services for Armenians – IVYerevan@state.gov and for questions on immigrant visa services for Iranians – IranIVYerevan@state.gov.

My fiancé has her medical this coming Thursday, and the embassy should have our case this coming week as well, they have told me that they make the interview appointment....there’s a part of me that says we will need to when they send P3 and somehow we will be able to make the interview date after we get P3 but either way what would be a good guess when we might have an interview date?

BTW, we didn’t need an interview appointment to get the medical exam appointment that I read all along we needed to have.

Thanks all!:)

I'm not entirely sure what that means. I can think of two things one is that it's still at NVC, or it has been sent electronically. Track it again at ceac. state.gov late Monday and again on Wednesday. If nothing call NVC with an inquiry.

Hi @Greenbaum i really don't know what exactly happened since i could not trace it via DHL but the status changed to READY a few hours ago.In Oman,Sunday is an official working day, maybe that could explain it?IDK,i Thank God for the change

To all fellow UK folk or @Greenbaum, wondering if you could help? So we have received our case number from NVC, our case status is currently set as ‘in transit’. As a result, we have booked our medical, gathered all documents for the medical/interview (more or less) and I have booked my interview for the middle of Feb to allow enough time for the embassy to receive all of our documents. Did we have to wait until our NVC status is set as ‘ready’ before booking the interview? Little concerned that I jumped the gun slightly... worst case scenario I can always push the interview date back online.. your thoughts would be appreciated!

Nope you’ve done everything correctly! The website to book your interview wouldn’t allow you to do it if you were trying too early 😊

My status went to “Ready” when the embassy received my package so I would imagine you have plenty of time for them to set your case to “ready” before your interview

It could very well be that they sent it electronically as some Embassies are coming online with that capability slowly.

You are fine. Some Embassies you can't schedule until they give you permission. London is not one of them.

I have passed the interview for k1 visa but consul tell me you need a sponsor .. Is the sponser should be from the state

The sponsor can be a parent or a sibling as they are more exceptable. Where they live makes no difference.

"The website to book your interview wouldn’t allow you to do it if you were trying too early". That's not entirely true we have seen both ways. It's always best to ask that question in the sub-forum for your country here on VJ to confirm what is acceptable for your Embassy or refer to the P3 letter from the embassy for the interview scheduling instructions. Or last but not least also check the website for the embassy as there is plenty of information there. Since you have knowledge about London you are correct. For other embassies they have to be careful because it can go both ways when setting up and scheduling the interview.

Apologies, I was referring to London alone as the original question asked for help from “fellow UK folk”. So was going off my own experience which I’ve always found helpful from other members.

I wouldn’t have answered had the question been regarding a different embassy as I’ve lurked here long enough to know that each is different.
