Hi all's! Is the K1 fiancee required to submit their petitioner's most recent federal income tax return form (Form 1040) along with the I-134 to the embassy? Saw this posted in 2017 on a Facebook support group. According to the I-134 instructions from USCIS, Form 1040 will only be required if the petitioner is self-employed. Please help? Scrambling to gather all the paperwork before my interview.

Well, in the earlier posts we have been talking about the submittal tax documents and all those who are here are K-1's so yes, a tax document is required along with an I-134. I would recommend that you use the follow links for what is needed for USEM, your embassy.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.

Mine was ready since Dec 13, and my fiance got email from the embassy on Dec 21, then they email me (P3) on Dec 26. According to DHL tracking trick, it said that the case has arrived in Jakarta on Dec 17 though.

Hi Tirza! Great to know you too!

I'd shoot you a message! Thanks

We also flipped to "Ready" overnight. So now it's just waiting for openings in Moscow (at least a few spots opened yesterday; they were snatched up before we were ready, but everyone who got them isn't also waiting with us), I think.

Thank you for this.

Would you please enlighten me on above point, whether it apply to both petitioner and beneficiary or only to the beneficiary since petitioner's records been submitted along with the original petition.

Thank you in advance!

Only 2017 is needed unless you have completed the taxes for 2018 then you only need 2018. USEM only wants one year of tax returns.

Everything going forward for the interview is about the beneficiary except the petitioner must send a I-134 as part of the financials.

Medical done today, results are sealed and with me. You guys were right, my coughing and cold werent an issue at all. I didnt take any vaccines but had to have xray. Two of my doctors and technician who was doing it said there is no impact on the baby (even though I didnt and dont feel quite comfortable with it). I  feel knackered now because I had to wait 3,5 hours between getting xray results and doing medical exam. Also, packet 3 is sent to the embassy and I also filled in DS-160.

Now waiting (patiently enough!) for packet 4 to arrive with my interview date. There is my update for today, going to bugg Rob now to have long-distance movie night with me :)

Good luck all!
