Can I vote at my local embassy or consulate?

No. United States embassies and consulates are not official polling places, though they may provide assistance in registering to vote or obtaining a backup ballot.

Got it

So you get a ballot at the USEM, and the USEM will mail it in for me.

No.   The embassy will assist with applying for an absentee ballet ... but...

You are a little late for requesting an absentee ballot

I can eyeball the Embassy, Just directly across the street.  I am staying on Roxas Avenue, I can throw a baseball and hit the USEM

I will make a walk over there tomorrow and enter and ask about voting. I am just now waking up, I party party until sunrise last night.

I went to USEM around noon time.  No one is there in lines, dead as a doornail.  I told them I am so sick and tired of all the anti Trump CNN TV channel, No Foxnews in the hotel or most hotels.

Security Guard gave me slip of paper with website of  ph.usembassy.gov  . I took it to my hotel and had them at front desk to look it up and print me off a "Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot".  I will fill it out and take it back tomorrow early in morning and vote.

I have noticed on most TV in the hotels there is CNN and no FoxNews.  I have complained to everyone of them regarding that.  I get to hear anti Trump rhetoric all day long on CNN.

I brought my Trump Make America Great Again T-Shirt and I have been wearing it proudly all over Philippines.

I went to the Heart of Texas Fair in Waco a couple of weeks ago.  In the area where the vendors were, the Democrat booth was in the middle, and the Republican booth was in the back corner.  The Republican booth had "Trump 2020" buttons to give out.  I picked one up just to have later to upset people.

Finally done.
