We were as husband and wife for 2 years, due to my usc husband could not have a good job and good pay in indonesia, he returned to america.

After 2 months in america he got a good job, he plan to bring me there, so he contact the immigrant lawyer, but lawyer said that my husband need co sponsor since he is only less a year back to america.

We have been apart for 3 years and the our case is pending for no reason and now Im very tired of waiting and I plan to file divorce my usc husband.

My question is how to cancel our case? who should my usc husband to contact?

Any advices are very welcome. Thank you so much.

Sigh. It would be nice if these trolls would stop posting stupid threads. It makes people very wary of replying to legitimate posts. Looks like Ionescu got it, though. And probably Lisa. (good one, Lisa) LOL. On second thought, it does get amusing sometimes.

Signs we have a troll:

- Newbie

- Inconsistencies in story

- Member name

- Grammatical inconsistencies

"Nasti"... you can't be "apart for 3 years" and "be as husband and wife for 2". Your "usc husband" can't be "only less a year back to america" if you've been apart for 3 years. Or is it 2? Or is it "only less a year"? Sheesh. Give me strength.
