We were as husband and wife for 2 years, due to my usc husband could not have a good job and good pay in indonesia, he returned to america.

After 2 months in america he got a good job, he plan to bring me there, so he contact the immigrant lawyer, but lawyer said that my husband need co sponsor since he is only less a year back to america.

We have been apart for 3 years and the our case is pending for no reason and now Im very tired of waiting and I plan to file divorce my usc husband.

My question is how to cancel our case? who should my usc husband to contact?

Any advices are very welcome. Thank you so much.

Wow, in a short post you managed to repeat "usc husband" three times!?! Your timelines do not make sense. Your husband left indonesia more 3 years ago? (Since you say you've been apart for three years....) How long ago was the visa petition filed? I don't think you've been waiting for 3 years for your petition to be approved. USCIS can take a long time sometime...but 3 years for a spousal visa petition is a bit much, even for them.

Just a small side-note. It is not good form to announce you're divorcing your husband on a family immigration website because you're tired of waiting, and then ask for advice. Some people here wait a long time to be together with their loved one...and don't get tired of waiting. You'll understand, I'm sure, if you don't get too many 'advices' for something that you can easily find out if you just do a search through the forums....try "withdrawing petition" as keywords.

I don't think she meant "pending" like we mean pending. Sounds to me like husband lived in Indonesia for 2 of those 3 years with her, then came back home to get a "good job" and is now, within the past year, trying to send for her.

If the only problem you are currently having is a sponsor, your problem is relatively easy to solve. Lots of people on here wait the time or more and still hang in there.

If you loved him, you'd be waiting it out. You'd wait as long as it took-like the rest of us. I waited for more than 2 years for my husband in total time apart. There were legal issues that I had to resolve first before I could marry him. We were apart for that time, and I would have waited an eternity for him. I love him THAT much.

There are some people on this forum who have been stuck in AP/AR, not even having the faintest idea when this nightmare will be over and they could be with their loved ones-but they wait...

I also find it a bit off putting that you have referred to him more than once as your "USC spouse". Makes me think you're more upset because you can't get your "golden ticket to the US" more than you miss your husband.

There is more to the story than what you're posting. I cannot see how a spousal visa can take 3 years to process.

Sorry, but you'll get no sympathy here.

I have been off-line, due to yet another freaking HDD crash. Seagate Sucks...

To the OP, I suggest the following: If you are not willing to wait, ask your Husband to divorce you and cancel the petition through USCIS.

By the way, your position is atypical of all the Indonesians I ever met, in terms of commitment.

Marriage spans well beyond living locations. In fact, my wife never wanted to live in the USA. She wanted to stay in Indonesia, yet, my job ended there and she followed. I respect her for that. Plenty of phone cards on hand to talk with family. That helps.

Good luck.
