I hired a lawyer... Told her if it m5 finance is here before Christmas I would pay her an extra 1k. Hope she didnt leave anything unchecked

The lawyer doesn't move any string with USCIS or embassy. Hope you did not write that extra check.

shoot, there was one that was 400 some odd days. finally got an rfe for an unchecked box. not exactly anything major and easily and quickly do-able.

never count on any time frame.

Yes that would be us 😉 We truly don’t know why it took so long...especially for something so minor!

I'm currently at 184 days and I'm seeing people with very similar timelines and terms of the CSC and submit it to the Philippines who are going to noa2 already at 172 to 180 days. I wonder if some files are looked at first for a reason or maybe mine got misplaced in a stack on someone's table.

Frustrated 🤪

I understand your frustration. I waited 296 days to get my NOA2 approval. Just keep praying and hope for the best

You're going to be the poster child of what is like to have one of the longest running wait times. As soon as I hear someone complain, stomp their feet and raise their fists I smirk and think of the terrible ordeal you have encounter and to think these people are complaining at 180 days plus.

It's better you find out the processes of booking a medical exam and interview date in your country Or you might make a mistake. Don't get the police clearance so early, they might ask for a new " recent" police clearance. Here in my country, I found out the steps to book the medical exam and interview aren't the way like the instruction showed. We don't need to submit DS160 prior to "schedule" the interview date .Actually, you can pre-act to fill out DS160 now but don't submit it. Get what you need to fill in it before you start to do it.

You’re still within the normal processing time. Be patient
