I got green slip on april 2,2007 ,they did not believe me and my fiance are real realtionship . They sent back our paper to uscis .My fiance got letter from them on may 14,2007 . We really disapponinted about that . Does anyone know other way for us ? Please help us .Pray for everybody will success .

I have not much advise to give about this situation. I just know i have seen some people's cases get sent back to USCIS for further investigation. Maybe at this time it would be a good idea to contact a immigration lawyer. I hope someone else can give you some better advice who maybe have went through this before. I definetely would like to say that you both will be in my prayers and i hope everything will work out for you both in the end. Hang in there. God Bless you both!

1/18/2006----Arrived in Egypt to visit my love.

5/11/2006----Sent I129F.

6/15/2006----Recieved NOA1.

6/22/2006----Recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/12/2006----Replied to RFE (IMBRA) Sent back.

7/17/2006----Our 1 year Anniversary!!!!

7/19/2006----VSC recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/20/2006----touched

8/18/2006----touched

8/18/2006----NOA2!!!!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!!

8/18/2006----VSC sent our petition to NVC.

8/19/2006----touched

8/22/2006----NVC recieved our petition.

8/23/2006----NVC sent our petition to Cairo Embassy.

8/25/2006----Recieved NOA2 Approval letter in the mail.

8/28/2006----Recieved NVC letter with new case number.

8/31/2006----Cairo Embassy recieved our petition.

9/24/2006----I emailed the Embassy reguarding my fiance's packet 3.

10/17/2006--Cairo sent packet 3 for the second time to my fiance. First one was never recieved.

10/19/2006--Packet 3 recieved.

12/20/2006--Packet 3 sent.

12/21/2006--Cairo Embassy recieved packet 3.

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

i also am not so sure what to tell you except i wish you the best luck

what i thought i read is that you will have to file some kind of waiver

but i would definitely contact a immigration lawyer

why do they not believe your relationship is valid? this i dont understand. did you all not have much evidence to show them?

You might want to contact Marc Ellis. He is an immigration attorney and also a member of these forums. He has quite and bit of experience with the consulate in Saigon and also has offices there I believe. You might consider getting married in Vietnam and filing for K-3. If you do that make sure you don't ignore any correspondence from USCIS regarding your K-1 petition.

My fiance asked lawyer ,they said we can not get married now because me and my fiance have file in uscis now . They said my us must slow ,my fiance should contact with uscis and ask them fill out any way ??? Before i asked lawyer in vietnam ,they said we can get married ,cacel old case .

Because i answer wrong day we met ,we did not have engagement, they think my fiance still get relationship with exwife . We wrote letter explain but could not change .
