It’s better than getting Nebraska service center or Vermont. Texas & California are the fastest ones in my opinion.

I’m gonna wait and see cause i got the WAC which is the California center for the form I-130

Lpr

The current official timeline from USCIS for F2A (Spouse of an LPR) to be considered within normal processing timelines is 18 Months to 23.5 Months.

Edit: Note that I-130 processing timelines are  mostly irrelevant. You must wait for the PD to become current before it will proceed past NVC and schedule an interview. The current wait for a PD to become current is around 2 years.

Your timeline is for a different petition type (I-129F vs I-130). Different petitions types (and categories within that type, like F2A vs F1/F2B/F3/F4) are processed with differing timelines.

Yes, NVC is irrelevant here. But the Priority Date prevents going through NVC even if the petition was approved today. I-129Fs do not have a Priority Date (PD), unlike an I-130 for an LPR petitioner. So when the I-130 gets processed doesn't really matter so long as it's before the PD becomes current.
