Hi i need help can someone tell me what can i do i have submit my marrige certificate like three time to the immigration service they keep deny the certificate because they say it is not in the right side up position and i should replace it with a scan which display the word horizontally on the screen i am so lost and dont know what to do at this point

Hi i am just trying to get some hlp i have submit my marrige certificate three time to the immigration service and each time they rejected it saying that this document is not in the right side up position please replace this with a scan which display the words horizontally on the the screen please help what do i do

What kind of phone do you have? If it's an iPhone, you can get scan documents using the Notes application. You just Open a new note > click the 'plus' symbol at the bottom >select 'scan documents' > position the phone above the document and hit the button. You can then either print the document directly from your phone if your phone is connected to your printer, or email the document to yourself and then open the email on your computer and print the document.

Hi flash thanks for responding i have an Android phone i use camscanner to scan my documents and send it to my email then open it with pdf and upload it
