Hi all

Great site, with loads of information that has helped tremendously.

We are filing for AOS. He is here on an H1B. He and his ex-wife divorced in 2002. We took a look at his divorce certificate, and it appears that they have a typo. They have spelled her maiden name wrong....used an r instead of a p, somewhere in the middle. This is the name that she uses, and since we have to fill out the I-130 and G-325a with this info, will this cause a problem? With so much other stuff to worry about, is this something that is safely ignored?

We do have another page that we can attach that shows the correct info, but I am concerned that USCIS will find an issue with this.
