Really hate my lawyer, I don't think they know much what they are doing, but my company is paying for it, so I have no choice, unless I want to do it by myself, which I don't.

They are filing my green card, originally they only talked about I-130, I-765 and I-485 (now changed to I-483?).

But what's pissing me off the most is that they want to file an I-864 Affidavit of Support, which they have never mentioned before. I always told my husband he does not have to sign anything like that and I don't understand why this is necessary, I have a job and they are filing the I-765 so I can still work, is this a must, or can I request not to file it??

No I-483...no idea where that came from.

An I-864 is a required document with the I-485 when filing under family-based immigration. It sounds like you are doing AOS via a family member, not employment-based AOS.

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
