Maybe she will start believing me that I know what to do versus all the misinformation she gets from the "grapevine."

5 months that is pretty good

Not only that but it's my third petition, navigated the waiver request process.  I should get my head examined for doing this again.

I'm hoping to stop after my second petition!  I think they already know you so it moved quickly.  I can't wait to hear all the complaining because it only took you 5 months!  This is going to be fun...

This puts you in a very special class of people.  You have just received your Phd in K-1

Yup.  Proof positive that quality evidence trumps quantity.   I submitted a very minimal petition but made dam sure to get the right pieces of paper.   One page of photos,  no log of daily conversations,  no extra bs.  Just the facts.

That is a great lesson for other filers but they won't believe you.  LOL  I still scratch my head at the person asking how they should package the 1300 pages of chats that they were sending with their petition!

Overkill.  2014-2015 evidence is meaningless for the petition.   Skype and Facebook evidence of your real relationship is unneeded for the petition because the uscis is looking for certain evidence to approve the petition and that stuff is not on the checklist.   Proof of meeting within the last year,  proof of termination of previous marriages,  statements of intent and proof of us citizenship of the petitionner, etc.  Is all

I want to copy and paste this to every group!  There is so much bad information out there.  Signatures on the back of the passport photos.  Notarized photos to prove who is in the pictures...it is really weird here at times... More is not always better.  They have instructions, just follow them.  I can't imagine what the adjudicator feels when he opens a petition full of things that he doesn't need or want to see.

In addition, please don't get me started on a discussion of the concept of front or side loading petitions either.  :)

You need proof of having MET IN PERSON WITHIN TWO YEARS OF FILING THE I-129F PETITION, and you are BOTH free to marry.    Pictures from 2014-15 have no value for the petition process.

This adds nothing for the I-129F petition either as it doesn't prove you met in person within the required time frame, nor that you are free to marry. >>  ..  all the screenshots of our skype, text messages, facebook conversation   <<   Save it for the interview.

You mean just follow the printed directions?  I would have never thought of that.  Things are weird now.  There is a lot of bad info out there.
