Hello everyone!

I am the U.S. citizen and my spouse is my beneficiary. I am currently filling out the I-130 and I am running into a box where I don't know if any information is needed. I'm talking specifically about Part 4 (Info about beneficiary) 21a - 22 Names of Beneficiary's spouses. This would be my information, correct?

Then I get to Part 4 25a - 28 Information about Beneficiary's Family, with instructions that say provide information about the beneficiary's spouse and any children. Do I have to fill out all this information about myself again, even though I filled out all of the information in the first section of the form?

Yes. It doesn’t ask for the exact same info.

Yes.  If you run out of space, the last page of the form has text fields to add additional information.  You ARE the spouse of the beneficiary.
