Problem 1 : Passport was issued at the Germany, Dusseldorf at a Portuguese consulate.

 

Country/Authority that Issued Passport/Travel Document: (Says authority Dusseldorf on passport)

 

Where was the Passport/Travel Document Issued?

·        City issued: (Since the passport is made in Portugal but issued in is the correct response Dusseldorf?)

·        Country/Region issued (same question we think the answer is Portugal but not sure)

 

 

 

Problem 1: My fiancé graduated from nursing schooling in Germany in 2017.  We are exploring transferring her education in the united states if possible.  It's a lot of paperwork and we haven't started which we'll do at a later date.  She isn't planning to practice at this time but may in the future if certified properly.  These questions make it sound like your trying to practice without proper certification.

 

Are you a graduate of a foreign medical school seeking to perform medical services in the United States but have not yet passed the National Board of Medical Examiners examination or its equivalent?

 

Are you a health care worker seeking to perform such work in the United States but have not yet received certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools or from an equivalent approved independent credentialing organization?
