Visa issued, possible delay with post (QLD)

Hey all, 

I went for my visa interview on Tuesday 16th, and I was approved. 

I received an email on Thursday the18th at midday informing me that my visa has been issued. 

 

unfortunately, the tracking number provided with my express post parcel tells me it has not yet been scanned into the Australia post system. 

 

on the 18th, Australia post issued a possible delay due to severe weather for south east Queensland. 

 

Has anybody else been affected by this delay? Or not affected? 

Is Australia post parcel tracking reliable?

Today marks two business days since the consulate issued my visa and I still have no tracking information.
