Documents don't show up under the document tab

Hi everyone,

I submitted my application for naturalization online on September 9. I did my biometrics and am now just waiting. So far everything is good, except that the only document showed up under the "document" tab in my account is the Receipt Notice. I don't have the biometric letter there. (I was able to do my biometric because I received the biometric letter in the mail 2 weeks after my submit date so I did my biometric in late September). I sent a message to USCIS through my account and received a very general, not-so-helpful answer. I'm kinda worried because usually it only takes like 2-5 days for the documents to show up under the document tab...

Is this a common and/or important issue? Should I be worried about it? Has anyone experienced it?

Thank you in advance.

If you’ve successfully done the biometrics, you have no need for a biometrics letter anymore.
