I now see TWO member postings with a Jan NOA1 that have just received their NOA2's! One is from the UK and the other fiance from Italy!

NOA1 JAN 30th

Check Cleared FEB 2nd

April 26th sent Email Inquiry to CSC

April 28th "Touched"

April 29th "Touched"

May 2nd "Touched"

May 3rd "RFE"

May 3rd now waiting for RFE letter content

May 8th "RFE" received

May 10th Flew out of state to obtain evidence

May 11th Flew home, copied RFE and Returned to CSC

May 17th "Touched"

May 18th NOA2 Approval at long last!

May 30th Received NVC Case number

MORE good news!

I just checked the timelines again and another JANUARY NOA1 member has received their NOA2!!!

Here are the 3 that I see::::: NOA1 Jan 12th and NOA2 March 21st from China. NOA1 Jan 4th and NOA2 March 21st from Italy. NOA1 Jan 21st and NOA2 March 17th from the UK.

This thread made me think a bit about our case's timeline. I originally sent in the I-129f to the TSC and it was forwarded to the CSC. In my profile and timeline I still have it down as being sent to the TSC. Should I change it to the CSC in order to align my information with the VJ stats?

02-08-2006 I-129f arrives, not picked up

02-09-2006 I-129f picked up by TSC

02-15-2006 I-797C, NOA1 Notice Date from CSC

02-17-2006 Money Order for I-129f fee cashed

02-21-2006 Joy gets NBI Clearance. NOA1 in mail

03-16-2006 Joy gets CFO cert.

05-09-2006 Approved. NOA2 dated May 8, 2006

05-13-2006 Official NOA2 in mail

05-22-2006 NVC sent petition to Manila

09-25-2006 Interview APPROVED!!!!!

12-31-2006 Joy arrives home

01-25-2007 Married

03-29-2007 AOS packet sent

06-19-2007 Joy's GC production ordered

:dance: Ok this gives me hope. MY NOA1 is from Jan 26th.....so......hopefully things will speed up!

Lifting of Conditions

*Sent form 05/15 to CA Service Center

*NOA1 Received 5/19

*RFE Received 06/2009

*Biometrics 07/2009

*RFE sent to CSC 09/2009

*Notification of RFE acceptance 10/2009

*Interview Date: December 4th!

*January 9th: Received 10 year Green Card in the mail :)
