Sorry that sucks, i guess its just for inquiries though, my guess is they still take around 12 months to approve and send Noa2..  so sorry 😑😑

I am also hoping that it comes to at least October 2019 for an approval! It’s so sad everyone moving on EXCEPT nabraska!! Let’s keep our fingers cross🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Just noticed that NSC is now one year behind schedule processing I-130's.   Haven't been following this statistic. So let's see how much further it gets behind as time goes on. My PD is Oct. 25, 2018 so looks like nothing will happen before Oct. 25, 2019 at this rate.

When you look at all the Nebraska timelines, there is definitely movement on Aug 18 during July.. theres also good chance that 50% of VJ members they haven’t yet logged in to update their profiles... so it is possible that their processing late Aug early Sept 18 this month 🤞🤞🤞🤞

My husband will be here in 3 weeks on vacation, it would be amazing if we heard something from USCIS whilst he’s here 🙏🙏🙏

Lets be optimistic 😁

EAD - NO CORRESPONDENCE

USC married to Peru

National Benefits Center

I've stayed quiet for a while, since there's people that need money or are having children. but it's frustrating for my poor wife that can't work, drive, go to school. Eight months of doing nothing is annoying. Anything I can do about this?

Approved July 29 (EAD card)

Received August 7 (EAD card)

Would've received on August 3 if the USPS wasn't incompetent. I had to go there four times before they finally found our mail. EAD card done; interview August 29.
