YES I just saw template. I already sent off the request and was denied expedite but 2 Days later I got approved. Thank god.

I am keeping a watch on October filers whode petitions are in Nebraska... There may be two approvals, possibly expedited , out of 53.  It's a true lesson in patience.

I've stayed quiet for a while, since there's people that need money or are having children. but it's frustrating for my poor wife that can't work, drive, go to school. Eight months of doing nothing is annoying. Anything I can do about this?

One of the joys of filing for adjustment of status..

 

try filing for work authorisation whilst it’s pending... form I-765 I think

processing at nebraska now pushed out to 15 months with PD date back to May 13...

Sorry that sucks, i guess its just for inquiries though, my guess is they still take around 12 months to approve and send Noa2..  so sorry 😑😑
