Hello, anyone who has priority date October 9 2018? We are resived first letter from Nebraska on October 9th 2018, that case was received .And nothing till now.

Unfortunately NSC is the slowest service center (excluding CSC which mainly processes LPR petitions). It may still be a little bit longer.

I saw that Nebraska move dates back from August to May....who know why? It's about four months more...

No one know why, it is unfair for those with petitions there. There is no logical explanation of how cases are assigned service centers or why some take 3 (maybe even 4) times longer than others.

How many days of wait at every stage is expected post i130 approval. For ex- reaching NVC, case creation, payment link, documents uploaded, etc

Within 8 Weeks to get the case created

1 Week for payments

X days to submit/upload all your stuff

3 Week for NVC to review (they say its 3, but sometimes it takes more)

If there is no issue with any of the docs, you'll be placed in queue for interview. Which can take however long..  depending on the consulate.

So you're looking at roughly ~12 weeks at NVC. I hope this helps.

Hi I got a case creation email 3 weeks and 1 day after NVC recieved the file from USCIS.

Then 3 days after I paid I was able to upload and submit the ds 260. All docs was accepted within 7 days. 3 days after I got case complete.

I got my interview date this week. All of this with an expedite request after we were documentarily Qualified.
