I see the processing time updated to 8 to 10 months however till yesterday it was 6.5 to 8.5 months. It's going backward with time and this way we will never be able to touch the priority dates and can raise enquiry.

PD - 19th Oct, Texas SC

yes for LPR , its 13 to 16.5 months 🙄 whats going on there ☹️

In the states, I live in New Jersey. The only reason I got a laywer was because I honestly was a little bit intimidated on doing everything my self. I didn’t want to make any mistakes or have any complications.

As well did I. Let's hope we both come out good and soon!

Great news!  Congratulations! Would be useful to others to fill out your timeline so we know what country your spouse is in and how long the next steps take.

ON May 5th, my approval estimate was Sept. 26. Today, it is Oct. 12. At this rate for every two days that pass, the approval date get pushed up one day, which means that by Oct,.12, five months from now, my approval date will be two-and=a-half moths lateer  on December 27.. But that will not be the end,  because by Dec. 27, the new estimate will be late January, 2020, and so forth. Nebraska Service Center must be where the lowest priority cases go....
