Hope everyone is holding up okay. It's been a long road thus far. Looks like TSC is working on August and September petitions. Hopefully they get through them quickly so that we are able to see approvals in May for TSC filers.

Yes fingers crossed. Let’s speak it to existence!! I’m tired of waiting. April is our 6th month. We are so close. Hoping for approval with No RFE

My case was sent to The Department of State today, I have no idea when it was approved because the case tracker directly updated to that but at least no RFE!

Hello all,

I originally posted in the August filers but figured here would be more accurate. I gave everything to my laywer yo ve sent out in August but I have a feeling she just didn’t send anything till mid September 😓. She gave me the excuse that for some reason the package got held up at the post office 🙄. After January I haven’t seen any change in the status of either of the 2 petitions. My wife and I are both so desperate already and the last time we were together was in November last year, this is the longest we’ve been apart since we got married. I always try to go every 3 months or so but unfortunately with other stuff going on it makes it very difficult for me to go see her 😓. We’re hoping to hear something very soon🤞.

11/29/17- i got married to my wife overseas

8/13/18- filed for i130 for both wife and stepson Laywer took care of everything

10/3/18- USCIS received forms at Texas service center.

10/10/18- $1070 deducted from my account for both i130 forms.

10/15/18- received I-797c in the mail for both my wife and stepson with a priority date of 10/3/18

unfortunatley I noticed immediately my stepsons last name was wrong 🤦‍♂️ right away my laywer sent out to correct the issue.

1/11/19- status was updated online for my stepson saying correspondence was received and is being reviewed by USCIS.

Oct 9 here😩. I really don’t think it’s gonna do any good. You can try tho. I’m actually gonna wait til middle of May. Most people are hearing something at 7 months. I agree, long wait😩

Depends on your service center too.... Not sure where you're at, but my case at Nebraska Service Center and right now cases are taking 10-12 months...so I don't expect to hear anything until August at the very earliest
