I’m sorry to hear that. The only thing I can think of is, they will be asking for your 2018 transcripts, also send them 2017 and 2016. Hopefully they will just see your employment history with that and that you made the required income and they won’t need to ask you for additional proof of current employment.

Sorry to hear. You will need to find a co-sponsor if you are unable to find a job soon. NVC typically requires proof of current income in addition to past transcripts. This is accomplished in terms of three most recent pay stubs or a letter from employer. Best of luck.

How accurate are the processing times on here versus the USCIS website and vice versa? On here the Nebraska service center is saying they're working on May 29th, but the USCIS website says June 19th.

I'm really hoping for the latter as the email I received from here gave an approval estimate of August 29th. 😑

Hello, did anybody else get an email from visajourney about an updated date of approval?

It says updated to june 5th, I was hoping it might be earlier given how fast it (seems) to be going lately?

VisaJourney updated the "expected" date of my NOA1 approval/disapproval to August 31. I am an October filer, and I got the Nebraska service Center - the 2nd slowest one. the NSC is working on May filers.  As I have been following the Processing Times site, that date was no surprise. I expect it to be more like Sep. 30. The TSC is working on petitions sent in August - only two more months till they process October filers  - lucky ones.

Oh boy, looks like all service centers have increased their processing times. 😠

TSC is now 8-10 months for USC petitioning spouse.

I did request an expedite and had to email supporting docs yesterday, waiting in response from USCIS.

Are we still looking at a possible May approval for TSC?  It seems like they came to a stop on approvals. They were beginning to roll in March with the August approvals but haven’t heard anything about anymore approvals in a while now. It’s a new month🥴

It is frustrating to see the timeline keep getting pushed back. There are some August approvals so far, hopefully they keep moving forward.

My expedite was approved by USCIS, I still have to wait for them to process but at least my case is being worked on. For those that will ask, I used emergency situation as a reason. I need medical treatment as a result of my U.S. militrary service. I live abroad with my wife and it is difficult for me to travel alone (for medical reasons).

Hopefully your approval is sooner than 45 days.. It’s almost the 6 month mark for us October filers. Just saw an August 22 approval, TSC.  I’m still holding on to the thoughts of this whole process with visa in hand taking no more than 12-14 months. We’re halfway there.

I just saw the TSC processing times on Visa Joruney and it really does look like they are workign on August. It is important to keep in mind that the USCIS processing times are not current, rather taken from data two months prior. Keep positive that they will work quickly this month and next. I truly believe that most of us will be approved in May.

Will do! I’m in th U.S. and hubby is in London.

Hope everyone is holding up okay. It's been a long road thus far. Looks like TSC is working on August and September petitions. Hopefully they get through them quickly so that we are able to see approvals in May for TSC filers.
