My wife has a long name. So it is abbreviated on the P4 Interview Letter, which matches the Personal Summary in CEAC.

However,  the DS260 Confirmation and the IV Application (along with all other documents) contain the full spelling and match her passport and ID. I spoke with NVC and the agent said we should be fine since all the documents are in CEAC with the correct spelling and the CO will have it.

We want to make sure we don't run into any issues especially with biometrics or the medical exam. To be on the safe side, she plans to take a copy of the IV Application and DS260 Confirmation page (which is required anyway at the VAC).

Has anyone else had abbreviated names on their P4 letter? I'm thinking it was just a computer spacial issue. We just want to make sure everything is correct.
