hi guys

as u can see on my signature, they've been touching my AOS 3x already but I dont get any emails. now, what worries me is they just keep touching it! how many touches before they let me know that i have an interview or case transfer? maybe another RFE? hope not!!!!

We've been mauled by the CSC with our AOS & EAD.. but no approvals.. (i didn't keep track it's been so many times).. SO.. I've been wondering the same.. but I figure no news is good news..

I hope ur right Needing....what im worried about is, they might ask for another medical coz my medical is expiring this month. Dear Lord still hope not

Aw Meph,

I seriously doubt that you personally are going to have any problems. I just take issue with the blanket statement that just becaust they are working on a case that it will have the results that the applicant desires. People make statements like that here and others take them to heart.

Personally I don't think my case has any problems; but on a recent infopass appointment, the conff work the statement that they may not approve my wifes case. It is a possibility that has too be considered when developing an international romance.

We cant predict what USCIS has to decide...but I'm hoping they will approve all of us! We just want to be with our husbands. We want to live normally in this country. Hope we'll have our permanent residency status soon....

im happy for u Eman!!! my EAD has no progress yet. they only touched it 2 days after my EAD biometrics. congrats!
