After arriving to US on CR1

Hey I had few questions regarding what to do after arriving to US.

 

I paid the immigration few for my wife. Do I need to do anything to apply for greencard?

Do I also have to apply for SSN?

What do I have to do in next 2 years when CR status is done and moves to IR?

No need to apply for a green card or SSN.

 

You must file for removal of conditions within the 90 day period prior to the 2 year anniversary of your POE.

It depends.  Your wife's Green card will be mailed to her if you paid the $220 GC fee.  If you marked the box on the DS-260 which asks if she wants to apply for a SS card, then it, too, should be mailed to her.  If she did not mark the box requesting a SS card, she will have to go to the local Social Security office........As @CJKylie stated, at the end (within 90 days) of the expiration , she will file an I-751 to remove the conditions of the 2 year GC.......good luck.
