Well that is very unfortunate but what can be done now .... move forward with your chin up!

Absolutely

K1 visa will have very high chance of denial in Pakistan. Reason: you cannot go live with anyone of the opposite sex unless you are married. Usually parents in Pakistan will not allow their daughter or son go to a foreign country and live with a person who is unmarried. Even a fiancé

I am assuming CO would know about the culture/religion ?

Go the cr1 route - traditional Pakistani wedding

I married my wife after knowing her for 6 months. Visa approved in 1st interview no problem.

Good luck

I just quickly wanna mentioned this, and I’m sure many of you know, that for USCIS to approve the K1 petition, they do require that we should have met physically at least once during the last two years before applying. I questioned that! Only once? But then, I realized that they are being considerate of knowing that people work and have other obligations and not a lot of luxury to travel that often.
In another words, if I did not meet her once in last 2 year, they will reject my petition for sure! Why the consulate all of sudden have issues?

Also, if I applied within a short period of time, why would USCIS approve it in the first place? Aren't they supposed to check fraud activity or something of that sort?

Basically, the consulate forgot to interview my fiancee that day. Someone had to knock the window to let them know that there is someone left to be interviewed. So the consulate comes in and conducts the interview while standing. Like he was late for something.
His questions were like, why I didn’t come to Pakistan for engagement? Why UAE?... She replied because I have only have few days to travel and can’t waste them in just travelling.. I can be in UAE within 24hr from NY.
So he went with next question, how did I come here (USA)? She said that my ex sponsored me years ago.
Next questions were about my job and kids. All answered to the point. Then he said something like “are you sure you are giving me all correct info? If we find out any discrepancies you’ll not allowed to apply for anything at all”. She replied that she is 110% correct about the info.
Then another question, why didn’t you marry someone from your family? LoL…. She replied that she didn’t find anyone she could possibly like.
Yet another question, why did your fiancee listed his two divorces? She replied maybe there is a space given for it on the form!
He asked about pictures of (simple) engagement and names of people in them, she replied accordingly.
Now, I wonder how these line of questions can help detect any fraud? It certainly can detect someone’s IQ level for sure!
Finally, he said that he’s not giving visa for now and that the file will be sent back to NVC And have your fiance contact them.
I read that it will come USCIS for review and they either send it back or send me intend to revoke letter which I can probably appeal paying the fee of $675 !
I’m just waiting to hear from USCIS and perhaps can decide what to do next. As mr.consulate didn’t feel like handing over any document for refusal.
We know each other for 1.5 years and 4 years in age difference.

Sorry OP i didn't quite understand this part. So you were divorced two times before ? And you listed both divorces on your I-129? And you sent both your certified court divorce decrees to your fiancé and she/he took them both to interview?

Is this correct?

So is this someone you knew before you moved to the US?

---> I think it as a two part process. USCIS is doing the paperwork to make sure YOU, the petitioner, are who you said you are and your marriage/engagement is legally valid. However, USCIS cannot interview your fiancee from oversea and has no interaction with the beneficiary. The Consulate, on the other hand, are located in that foreign country and are familiar with the local customs and traditions and are equipped to vet the beneficiary.

It won't happen.  Instead, it will expire.  Then there will be no chance for appeal.......I would suggest that you re-read the responses to your original post.....your best option is to marry outside the US, file for a CR-1, include a withdrawal letter for the I-129F, and build a convincing case for a bona fide marriage prior to the CR-1 interview......that means spending as much time together as possible..........my opinion.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You are missing the point, how this would affect the duration of knowing each other?

True

Now I think it the CO who interviewed me was standing up, never thought of it as an issue.

In addition, the questions which the OP listed all seem pretty normal for some consulates.

The requirement is mandated by law (IMBRA). USCIS is just enforcing the compliance with the law, not compassion.

Whoever wrote & voted to pass the law may or may not have had that as an underlying reason.

IMBRA was meant to stop the so-called mail-order bride problem.

True, they will have done their homework beforehand.
