When NVC transferred Case to Embassy?

To send en email to Embassy, they want us to fill an online email form. In that form they ask “Date NVC transferred Case to Embassy” . How would we know when NVC transferred our case to embassy?! NVC sent us an interview appointment email on sept 13 that NVC has completed your case and forwarded it toEmbassy. Is that date i.e. Sept 13 , we put on “Date NVC transferred case to Embassy” ?

They must have send you or your petitioner/beneficiary email check the date on that and if you are not sure then call nvc and ask them about it and also you need to ask NVC about your invoice number you might gonna need later

We already haa Case Number and Invoice Number as well. We already have had out intervuew as well. 

Im just asking when NVC transferred our case to Embassy because we need that date to fill in the online form for inquiries. 

NVC Emailed us on Sept 13 that NVC has completed the case and  they have forwarded the case to Embassy. Is that date we put?
