did that several years ago, had no home phone, just a cell. worked great other than having to stand outside to make calls due to reception  if you go this route you need to find out what coverage is provided by who and also get a phone that has the best signal (nokia used to be the worst when i got my cell)

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

I dunno. I thought about it but a few things keep me away from it.

1. You gotta check on the 911 coverage. That makes me nervous.

2. Remember when way back when everyone lost power (from Ohio to Michigan to NY?). Guess what, the only phones that worked were landlines. Cell towers were down.

3. Just never having to worry about where the phone is, can I hear it ring. At least with landline, you hear it in the bedroom upstairs, in the garage, in the basement etc.

We have a home phone BUT my mother in law is the only one who uses it ... I use my cell for everything. Business, personal, etc. Sure cuts down on those missed calls that no one ever tells me about.

I love it. No issues I can think of. Have Verizon and I get wonderful reception, so that's not a problem.
