Do you think they are going to send any letter in the mail saying they did the address change for me. ? I am truly scared now ..like I was waiting for this letter for so long and it was sent to the wrong address.

No they wont, but if want call USCIS And request a new letter, and when it arrives you’ll know for sure they have the right address in their system. That’s what i did, i have two 18 months letter. 👍🏼

September 19, 2018 Case transferred and new office has jurisdiction

Yes. .. actually that makes sense ..

 I called them yesterday and the rep was about to transfer me to Tier 2 but suddenly he hung up on me . I will try today .thanks

So yesterday Vermont literally ignored my case for the 5th time! 6 Case numbers around mine got approved and 1 RFE. And today it seems like they are sending RFE only. 💀

Hi guys congrats to everyone who got their approvals. 

 

Question I filled for N400 June 15, 2018 while I751 is pending July 24, 2017. My local office estimated time for N400 is 12 months so question is: Is there a possibility my I751 gets approved without and interview or does it have to be a combo interview ? If they send me a letter for I751 will they also interview me for N400 even though their processing time is 12 months and it's only been 4 months since I applied? TIA

Well I woke up with a surprise today. I hope it's combo interview.

 

Odd that the https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus was the site to get updated. The DHS site still show the last status and not "interview was scheduled."

It probably is combo interview. You might not get a letter to bring your spouse (I have seen cases here) but make sure you both go in prepared.

AOS i-130, i-485 & i-765 in New York (Queens field office)

12/29/2014 - Priority Date; receipt number starting with MSC

1/2/2015 - Fingerprint fee accepted

1/26/2015 - Case suspended - RFE sent out

2/3/2015 - Fingerprint done at Jamaica Center, Queens

2/11/2015 - RFE received - Case resumed

3/2/2015 - EAD ordered

3/13/2015- EAD card mailed out -- received it 3 days later

7/8/2015 - AOS interview ready to be scheduled for an interview

9/27/2015 - AOS Interview scheduled for Nov 3

11/3/2015 - AOS interview

12/11/2015 - APPROVED!!!

Thanks! I did read that on other posts. I better start reading up on the little red book they gave out for my interview
