Hey! They sent a response by mail yesterday. I’m pretty sure it’s some kind of general “we are still working on your case” response. I’ll let you know once I get it.

I am a July 10 VSC filer,my processing times went out of the normal spectrum today, but when I filed the form for case outside normal processing times it said its still within the date range they are processing which makes no sense as they are processing July 11 filers now.So I filed the form under notice not received where I explained my case. Did you have a similar experience?

Hi Pupa! I did submitted online same as you. You know what? I don’t get a respond by mail like yours. A respond by email on the next day after I sent that

“my case is pending adjudication. Tell me waiting more”. I don’t know that is it automatically a reply by computer or not . But I feel disappointed.

I’m July 3 VSC filer , not lucky 🥺 . I’m wondering we don’t have kids, if that makes them pending ? We are married very happy, joint tax , living same place for 4 years.

Let me know if you get it in mail. Thanks in advance .

Interesting. I probably will get something like this too. Well all we can do is wait. I’m not pressed or nervous but since it’s 1,5 year now, I will be applying for citizenship in January. I hoped I hear before the holidays, but it doesn’t seem like a reality.

Wife got her ten year Green Card in mail today from Lees Summit, MO.

After the 'Card Mailed' message on USCIS, did not get any more updates like 'card picked up by USPS' or 'card delivered.'

So it seems we each can get somewhat different messages from USCIS as things proceed.

We are now officially done with this ROC process, so I am moving over to the Citizenship Forum.

Thanks to all the good Guys and Gals on this thread for your postings, comments, critiques, etc.

Congratulations. I would still recommend for anyone who wants to apply for N-400 to do it as soon as they become eligible. With the wait times increasing, combining both can help shorten your overall wait.

Do you get any reply after filing the firm under notice not received?

I hope I will hear something before the holidays too. The reason I want to wait to get gc 10 years then apply for n400 because I don’t want to skip steps, and I’m afraid about the ROC will pending longer. I don’t know what I will do for next. Well, waiting until this month then we’ll see.

Wife filed N-400 on 6 December which was 2 days after receiving ROC approval.

She already got Bio appointment for 24 December.

Would be great if all USCIS operations acted as fast as their scheduling of Bio.

Hope the best for the rest of the July 2017 gang.

Fingers crossed for you two!

My husband and I will likely apply for the N-400 in the summer. I'm content with what I have at the moment.

Hello all, especially VSC july 2017 filers. I submitted Service Request yesterday citing date received as a date before the posted inquiry dates. July 3, 2017 here, joint filing, VSC, nothing yet. 523 days today. We shall see what happens..

Hi there - I am in the same situation as you. Filed on July 17, 2017 in VSC and nothing heard back since. My case status online are all showing things that seem incorrect (fee waiver, etc. - which i never waive, etc.). Please keep me posted what happened after the service request. I will send my request in couple days when it becomes outside of the normal processing time. Also where do you send in the service request, do you call them or you go make an appointment?

I’m july 3, VSC filer . Status said “ local office” but it’s still in VSC. I wish everyone here who is waiting , we will get good news every morning when we get up ... let me know if you hear something .
